While it’s called permanent jewelry, it is important to remember that it is not indestructible. Permanent jewelry is designed to be worn continuously, but like any jewelry, it can break if it becomes caught, snagged, pulled, or exposed to enough force.
Free Re-Welds at Infinity Lox Pop-Ups
If your permanent jewelry was originally purchased from Infinity Lox and it breaks but you still have the chain, we are happy to re-weld it free of charge for the lifetime of the jewelry.
Complimentary re-welds are available at Infinity Lox pop-ups and events.
Please note: Policies and pricing at Bang Bang Body Arts are different from our Infinity Lox pop-up policies. Complimentary re-welds are not available at Bang Bang Body Arts, and location-specific re-weld pricing will apply.
30-Day Replacement Guarantee
If your Infinity Lox jewelry breaks and is lost, or is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, we will provide one complimentary replacement.
After 30 days, jewelry that breaks and is lost is not eligible for complimentary replacement. If you still have the chain, we are happy to re-weld it free of charge at any Infinity Lox pop-up or event.
A Note About Permanent Jewelry
We take the quality of our jewelry very seriously and carefully source high-quality chains. However, permanent jewelry is not indestructible. How long a piece lasts can vary depending on lifestyle, wear, and circumstances outside of our control.
Jewelry can become caught or snagged on clothing, bedding, bags, equipment, pets, or other objects during everyday life. Breakage does not necessarily mean there is a defect with the chain.
Our 30-day guarantee provides a replacement, not a refund. Refunds are not provided for lost, broken, or accidentally damaged jewelry.
